Let’s get the beginning right
Giving our children the best possible start in life has always been the philosophy of The children’s house. We are firmly committed to providing a safe, secure and stimulating environment for our pre-toddlers. The children’s house is not just a preschool, it’s a daycare that you can completely trust.
The Montessori Playgroup consists of pre-toddlers from 13 months to 18 months old. The pre-toddler programme is holistic and focuses on the optimum period of learning during the first three years of their life. The holistic curriculum for pre-toddlers lays emphasis on the development of their emerging physical, sensory-motor, perceptual, cognitive, language and social-emotional skills.
Pre-toddlers need stimulation to encourage them to explore the world through all their senses — sight, sound, smell, touch and taste. Our dedicated centres provide a safe and encouraging environment where babies get the opportunity to experience different stimuli.
Our infant programme has been carefully designed to stimulate the wholesome development of the infants through Baby Art, Baby Gym, Baby Read, Baby Touch, Baby Chef, Baby Music, Baby Sensory Play and Sunshine Baby. The well-experienced and qualified caregivers (aunties) interact with the babies and make them feel comfortable and loved.
Award-winning curriculum for infant development
Babies are natural learners. They just need stimulation to encourage them to explore the world through all their senses — sight, sound, smell, touch and taste. They constantly build connections, explore and gain new experience each time they use their senses. Our dedicated centres provide a safe and encouraging environment where babies get the opportunity to experience different stimuli.
The learning experience of infants is guided by an award-winning curriculum which was designed by Learning Vision Singapore, a part of the Busy Bees Southeast Asia Family and has proved to be a great success at our centre @Tunas Kijang, The Central Bank of Malaysia’s Corporate Childcare Facility.

New Flexi Programme at Aman Walk
Our New Flexi Programme at The children’s house Aman Walk is a great opportunity for parents who want to expose their baby to a stimulating learning environment and still have quality time to spend with them.
With our new programme, babies only have to attend 3 days a week and parents have the flexibility to decide the baby’s schooling days according to their routine.
Play – Play creates a range of opportunities for the pre-toddlers to explore and learn from the world around them. It helps the children improve their physical abilities, language skills, cognitive abilities and they learn how to deal with different emotions, learning about themselves and what they are capable of. With play, they also develop social skills and moral values as they learn to become active participants in the social world.
We host various activities for the benefit of both parents and children. Our programmes like Infant Carnival are not only enjoyable for the babies but also a great session for the parents to get tips from parenting experts.
At The children’s house, we are motivated to raise a generation of children who are well-balanced, compassionate, resilient and environmentally responsible through the integrated Montessori curriculum. The educators and caregivers at the preschool are well trained and experienced in creating memorable and positive learning experiences for the children. We believe that parents are an essential part of a child’s learning journey. Hence, we build close partnerships with parents and invite them to join us in supporting the child’s needs.
Core features of the Infant programme
The framework of the curriculum is determined by three distinctive features; caregiving, attachment and play.
Caregiving – It emphasises respectful, responsive and reciprocal interactions between the caregivers and the pre-toddlers during routine caregiving. Careful attention is given to promoting their well-being and comfort.
Attachment – We create a loving, nurturing and responsive environment for the pre-toddlers to grow. A sense of security and trust are nurtured in our pre-toddlers to encourage them to explore, develop self-identity and self-esteem.
